How to Add a Bot on Kick
You do not need to code or host anything to add a bot to your Kick channel. Follow these steps and the bot will be in your chat in about two minutes.
Start for freeStep by step
- Open the site and click "Sign in with Kick".
- Review the permissions on Kick's consent screen and approve them.
- In your own Kick chat, type /mod followed by the bot's username to make it a moderator.
- In the dashboard, turn on what you need: AI replies, moderation filters, commands, timers, giveaways.
- Type a question in chat and tag the bot to test it.
Why the bot needs to be a moderator
Kick only lets moderators delete messages and time out users. A bot without moderator rights can still talk in chat, but it cannot remove spam or enforce your filters.
Troubleshooting
- Bot not replying? Check that it is a moderator and that AI replies are turned on.
- Bot replies but does not delete spam? Make sure the moderation filters are enabled and the bot still has moderator rights.
- Not sure it is connected? The dashboard shows the bot's status for your channel.
